Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel

The staff were helpful and friendly, the room and bed were comfortable with a little balcony to sit out on. The food in the bar and room service were good quality. Location was a 2 minute walk from a metro station.

Staff was responsive and remembered your name. The beds were super comfortable. We had two rooms. One was a jr suite, one standard. I would definitely book the suite. Had a little extra room for two chairs to sit and relax after a long day of walking

The hotel is in an excellent location, and the staff service is great. Highly recommended.

Service level is superb! Efficient check in without waiting and luggages are well delivered to my room timely. More surprise is the called taxi for airport and put my luggages in the car for me. It seems very thing is we’ll handled like my assistant. They really pay attention to customer experience which I have to it is the best I have seen.
